Tryed it with some woodducks ! Truely good! I’ve tried the duck poppers w jalapeños and bacon, grilled duck wasn’t too good, usually like to fry mine in 1 inch chunks.. But this is a good one if you want to mix it up.

I’ll link in last year’s duck fried rice that we experimented with. Tasted good, IMHO. We used a mix of rice (white, brown, red, and wild) green onion, carrots, fried egg, soy sauce, bacon, and golden eye breast meat.

They both sound good but I’d have to cut out the jalapeños, onions and carrots.
