I'll use the Wisconsin pick 3 from Nov 11, 2013. The order you posted will be your number; replies such as this, are not entries of course. I'll divide the lottery number by number of entries and the remainder will decide the winner. So if the pick 3 is 456 and we have 15 entries the winner would be the 6th entry. 456/15 = 30 r 6

I'm fully expecting comments about over-engineering.
