If you haven't seen any ducks for a while, walk out into the decoys without a gun and you'll be covered up in ducks immediately. Never fails.

Yep... Been there... One decoy not acting right, been staring at it all morning no ducks for 30 mins , walk out to fix it and the sky darkens with birds.

Just like fishing and answering a phone call or getting busy with something else. Never fails, they start biting and you miss the hit. Nature sure does have it's ways of getting even with us!
