You need a "like" system here. Just so one can click "like" without having to post something. Lets people know others are here reading. It might help increase participation if members can see what they post is "liked".

Oh and better smilies and emoticons too. just a suggestion :p

Ok. I added the "like" system, but not sure how much I really like it..... :P

A bit of a pain to get it working. Then I don't think I like the way it shows the button in the lite version. You guys can let me know how much you like it.

So demanding.... I'll adjust it later. How many you want? 500?

Just trying to help!

Not 500, maybe a dozen or two at least. Especially if emoticons are counted.

Nutz like this.

Eat lots of nuts btw. There was a report in the news that said you'll live 20% longer if you eat nuts daily. No kidding. Supposed to have the good fatty oils in them.

Talk about hijacking ones own thread:

A 30-year Harvard study of nearly 120,000 professionals that looked at consumption of nuts in the diet. Here’s what it learned:

“Increased nut consumption is associated with a reduced risk of major chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.”

The more times per week the participants had nuts, the lower their mortality rate. “Those who consumed nuts seven or more times per week had a 20 percent lower death rate.” It was the same for peanuts and tree nuts, like pistachio, walnut, almond, hazelnut and cashew.
